Electromagnetic or mechanical imbalances, loose components, rubbing parts, bearing failure, or resonance in the motor stand manifest themselves as vibration issues.
On Motors@Work’s measurement screen, please enter the maximum velocity, in inches per second, observed in the 10- to 200-Hertz range. Motors@Work generates an alert if the maximum velocity observed in this range exceeds allowed thresholds established by ISO 10816.
