Manage the departments within a facility from the Departments screen. In Motors@Work, departments fall under a facility in the company – facilities – departments – processes hierarchy. Departments entered on this screen are reflected on other screens, including Processes, Utility Meter, Utility Bills, My Motor, Motor Evaluation, My Pump.
Name Please enter a unique name for each department.
Facility Please select the parent facility for this department; upon selection, the department inherits the properties of its parent.
Out of service Check this box if the department is not currently operational. When checked, this department will not show up on any other screens.
Primary contact Please select the first person or entity Motors@Work should contact in case of any issues affecting this department.
Secondary contact Please select the person or entity Motors@Work should contact if primary contact is unable to be reached.
