Record basic company data on the Company Profile screen. In Motors@Work, the company is the highest entity (parent) in the hierarchy of facilities, departments, and processes. Facilities, departments, and processes inherit their operating schedules and utility rates from the company default, unless a different selection is made for that particular facility, department, or process.
Fields entered on this screen include:
Name The name of your organization.
Address 1 Please enter the organization’s primary address (street address, PO Box, c/o, etc.).
Address 2 Please enter any continuation of the organization’s primary address (building number, suite number, floor, etc.).
Zip Code Please enter your organization’s zip code in 5+4 format (nine-digit zip code).
Country Please select the country where this primary address is located.
State Please select the state or province where this primary address is located.
City Please enter the name of the city, town, or municipality where this primary address is located.
Primary Contact Please select the first person Motors@Work should contact in case of any issues from the list. Manage the list of available contacts on the Contacts screen.
Secondary Contact Please select the person Motors@Work should contact if we cannot reach the Primary Contact. Again, manage the list of available contacts on the Contacts screen.
Utility Provider Please select the name of your primary electric service provider from the list. Manage the list of available utility providers on the Utility Provider screen.
Utility Rate Schedule Please select your rate schedule, or tariff, from the list of available rates in your zip code. If you do not see your rate schedule in this list, contact your account manager to have a custom utility rate created. Manage different rate schedules by facility on the Utility Rate screen.
Operating Schedule Please select the organization’s default operating schedule; this operating schedule provides the basis for energy consumption calculations unless another schedule is chosen at the facility, department, or process level. Manage the list of available operating schedules on the Operating Schedules screen.
Language Please select your organization’s primary language.
EAM System Please select the EAM system your organization uses.
SIC Industry & Group Please select your organization’s primary SIC Industry and Group. Motors@Work uses this data to compare you with your peers.
Currency Please select the currency to use for cost and revenue reporting.
