Use the Utility Rates screen to manage the rates charged by your various utility providers.
Select a rate schedule from those offered by your selected Utility Provider in your zip code. If your rate schedule or tariff is not listed, contact your account manager to request your custom rate addition.
Facilities automatically inherit the company’s utility rate unless overridden. To change a facility to a different rate, select the ‘Choose a Facility’ tab, then select the facility from the list of available facilities, then select from the list of rates offered by that facility’s utility provider in its zip code. If this facility’s rate schedule or tariff is not listed, contact your account manager to request your custom rate addition.
